NCAA INFORMATION
Students who desire to play Division I or Division II college sports are required to register with the NCAA Clearinghouse Eligibility Center. To register click here http://www.ncaa.org/
Once the NCAA Clearinghouse account has been created by the student, a current official transcript must be submitted by the Counselor. If a student attended a high school in addition to BHS, an official transcript from the other schools are required.
A request is needed each time a transcript is needed for NCAA. For example, a student may complete a request before senior year, after the first semester of senior year and a final transcript after senior year.
In order to have your transcript uploaded to the NCAA clearinghouse, please download the form below and give it to Ms. Bradshaw
