AP Honor School Awards
BHS has been named an AP Honor School for 2021, qualifying in every category for which we were eligible. Congratulations not only to our AP students and their teachers, but to everyone who works to keep the bar set high for our students! Our accolades are as follows:
AP School of Distinction - Schools with at least 20% of the student body taking AP Exams and with at least 50% of those exams scoring 3 or higher.
AP Humanities School / AP Humanities Achievement School - Schools with a minimum of 5 students testing in one ELA courses, two social studies courses, one fine arts course, and one world language course with at least 50% of the exams scoring 3 or higher.
AP STEM School / AP STEM Achievement School - Schools with a minimum of 5 students testing in four of the AP STEM courses (math, science, and computer science) with at least 50% of the exams scoring 3 or higher.
